Winter Feast for the Soul

I participated in the Winter Feast for the Soul last year, selecting Christian Contemplative led by Carl McColman. I found it so valuable that I repeated the 40 days for a total of 80 days. Whichever meditation you select, I highly recommend the experience. Here is some of the information for this year’s Feast:

The Winter Feast is a 40-day period beginning each January 15 that allows people to have a free life changing experience with inner  stillness. From stillness, loving kindness and compassion flow naturally into daily life. The organization was inspired by the words of the Persian poet Jelaluddin Rumi, who said “What nine months does for the embryo, forty early  mornings will do for your growing awareness.” This year’s teaching faculty includes leaders from Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism, Sufism, QiGong, and yogic and modern interdenominational traditions. There are also meditations in Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese.

It is free! You can listen to each meditation at a time of your choice and the meditations remain online and available after the Winter Feast is over.

Commit to the free 40-day 2014 Winter Feast by completing the online form at:
